1、 Raw material preparation
Choose high-quality polypropylene (PP) particles as the substrate to ensure the quality of EPP (foamed polypropylene) products.
Prepare auxiliary materials such as foaming agents, catalysts, stabilizers, etc. to ensure accurate mixing in a certain proportion.
2、 Preprocessing
Dry the PP particles to remove moisture and prevent the formation of bubbles during the production process.
Pre mix auxiliary raw materials to ensure their uniform distribution during the production process.
3、 Melt extrusion
Melt the dried PP particles through a melt extruder to form molten PP.
During the melting process, the pre mixed auxiliary raw materials are added to the melt extruder and thoroughly mixed with PP.
4、 Foaming
During melt extrusion, a large number of bubbles are generated in the molten PP through the action of foaming agents.
Control the amount and speed of foaming agent added to adjust the density and pore structure of EPP products.
5、 Cooling and shaping
Cool the foamed EPP material through a cooling device to solidify and shape it.
Adjust the cooling rate and temperature to ensure that EPP products have good dimensional stability and physical properties.
6、 Cutting and processing
Cut the cooled and shaped EPP product to obtain the desired shape and size of EPP product.
According to customer needs, further processing can be carried out, such as punching, slotting, etc.
7、 Inspection and Packaging
Conduct quality inspection on the EPP products after cutting and processing to ensure that they meet relevant standards and customer requirements.
Package qualified EPP products to prevent damage during transportation.
8、 Warehousing and Storage
Store the packaged EPP products in the warehouse to ensure they are stored under suitable environmental conditions.
Regularly inspect and maintain the inventory of EPP products to ensure their stable quality.
